My recent stay was an absolute disaster. I endured several serious issues that made my extended stay miserable: * Roach Infestation: The presence of roaches in my room was unacceptable. I spotted several during my stay, creating an unsanitary and unsettling environment. * Disruptive Noise: Constant noise from other guests, particularly loud thumping and bumping late into the night (often around 2:00 AM), severely disrupted my sleep. This lack of consideration for other guests was unacceptable. Room and amenities not working: faucet not working in the kitchenette. Door lock and room key not working properly for over a week. Bathroom door had a hole in it. * No Security/Unresponsive Staff: The hotel claimed to be secure, but I found this to be untrue. When I reported the noise disturbances, the front desk was apologetic, but unhelpful. * Inconsistent Hours: The hotel advertised certain hours of operation for the front desk and other amenities, but these hours were not consistently adhered to. Overall: This hotel fell far short of acceptable standards. The combination of roaches, excessive noise, and poor customer service made my stay extremely unpleasant. I strongly advise against staying here and will be seeking a full refund for this unacceptable experience. The district manager, Jessica, told me they would have to charge me a higher price in order to issue me a refund for the one day early check out and I said I don’t care even if it’s just a $1.00 give me my refund. All due to the unresponsiveness.

i have been staying here a while. everybody is always so friendly. jessica the general manager is the sweetest front desk lady and general manager ever. i recommend staying here. you will not regret it. it smells good and it is very very clean

Amazing extended stay!! Jessica the front desk gm is amazing and very kind. Staff is always friendly, always at you every need if you need something, & the place smells amazing! Going to be my home until I can find one. I highly recommend woodspring suites in fairfield for your stay!

Desk employee was nice which is the only reason for giving more than 1 star. Hotel is a low rent unit with questionable people loitering around constantly. No ice or coffee. Units are run down. Worst thing is the vent in bathroom that is not even a working vent, just lets in all the smoke and skunk weed from other rooms. So disgusting!

Not only was the room filled with roaches and absolutely filthy, but nothing worked. Do not stay here, nobody was here and we got locked out of our rooms . Not that we wanted to stay in the gross room to begin with, but to then be locked out and have absolutely nobody here to even help us is just plain ridiculous. This room is disgusting, the hotel is run down, and it’s not worth whatever money you might be saving.
