This review is more for the excellent staff that helped with a recent stay. Malak went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the room that I was given after I missed adding a note to my reservation to be away from HVAC. He immediately checked availability and was able to give me a new room without hassle and was very friendly and pleasant. He gets 5 stars!

Very nice hotel with great valet service, Christian, was very nice and provided excellent service. Other hotel staff was friendly and helpful as well.The hotel restaurant was good as well food and service was of good quality. Would recommend to a friend.

Our car had marijuana smoked in it from valet, our car had been gone through and prescription glasses had been stolen. After filing a report, we were told we shouldn't have left items in the car and they didn't believe us about the smoking because valet staff aren't allowed to smoke.

The hotel overall was pretty good. The staff were friendly and made some good suggestions. I did not find that it was close to many restaurants and shops. It could have been because of the holidays though. I had told the staff that my wife and I were there for our anniversary and while they certainly didn't need to do anything, they didnt even acknowledge it. This is a highly rated hotel and while it was fine, I wouldn't stay here again.

Hands down my favorite hotel in Ohio! Brian Dickens at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful! He made us feel right at home after a horrific day at work! He had us checked in, in minimal time. Recommended the in house restaurant which was amazing! Definitely will be my go to anytime I’m in town!
