Quality Inn & Suites North Polaris

We had a misunderstanding when we attived ans expressed our concerns the manager escalated ans became very angry and charged us extra for our security deposit stating that she's the c manager and had the right to do what she wants. She was answering back every question rudely ans very condescending when I was signing about my stay she said "if your fiancé smokes in the room or destroys property you will not get v this back" i said to her that my fiance didn't even smoke ans why would she judge him this way? I asked if she was profiling him ans she threatened to refuse the stay. So I had to act like I was apologizing and asked to start over just because I was worried that she'd kick us out for no bad reason. Only because we brought up a mistake. I have never ever been treated this way

Best night's sleep I've had in a long time!! The room was small but served the purpose for 1 night for just me. Everything was clean; bedding, linens, floor, furniture. That's the most important thing I look for when traveling. No creepy crawlers anywhere :-). The room was tastefully decorated and had blackout curtains, a microwave, 'fridge, safe, coffee pot, ironing board & iron. The small desk does not have much room to work on, but its size is limited due to the square footage of the room. Plenty of free parking in the well-lit parking lot and the area seemed safe. The front desk staff were courteous and professional as were the housekeeping staff. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast or fitness room, so I can't comment on those. The only negative I had was the echoing of room doors being closed, it was quite loud. However, that is on the inconsiderate guests leaving/entering a room and letting the door close on its own, not the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would return when in the area.

Hotel is very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful especially Anna when we were checking in. Things were quiet in the hotel so no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was just ok. Powdered eggs, bacon, hash brown cake, bagels were plain or everything but the bagel, cereals were all surgery, nothing for a more adult taste, yogurt, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and several juice options. That being said we would stay here again. It looks like an outdated microtel but if you don't care about all that and need a clean, quiet, friendly place to stay at a reasonable price, this is your place.

This is the nicest Quality Inn we have stayed at. Nice neighborhood, Lots of other hotels around & restaurants. Nice building, security is good. Anna was our desk clerk & she was super nice & helpful. We got a really good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay there again.
