Stayed at this hotel with my teenage daughters for a wedding. Great hotel. Staff were very friendly, the hotel and room were clean, the beds are very comfortable. Our room was near the elevator which I thought would be loud, but it was perfectly quiet and I had a great nights sleep. Located in a great shopping area.

Went to room after checking in, opened the door and came upon someone's belongings. Possibly a person too but left room immediately. Staff "investigated" my concern for 15 minutes, confirmed it was someone else's and then issued me new room. Whole process took half an hour, and this was after I had been driving for nine hours that day.

This is an AWESOME hotel! It feels like it's brand new and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. I didn't eat the breakfast, but it looked SO good, plus really good free coffee and tea. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, you will have an amazing time!

Place is very clean, new and has lots of amenities for the price. Breakfast is adequate and area is kept clean as well. The gym has nice equipment, including rowing machines. Bed was pretty comfortable. Only issue is the room has the feel of an IKEA show room. Doesnât feel very homey but itâs great if you want an office setting vibe. The furniture is super cheap so I canât imagine it will stay pretty for long but right now it looks nice.

This was a great experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I ended up staying in the suite and it felt like my own little apartment. If you are looking for a comfortable, smoke free, quiet place to stay for the night, I highly recommend. I will definitely be staying at another hyatt in the future.
