Room has been remodeled and smelled and looked clean up on arrival. Very basic amenities but a warm bed, running water, and a TV is all you really do need. It is small but sufficient. Staff interactions were pleasant. Plenty of parking. Quiet for an outdoor entry motel.

Terrible property, save yourself lots of frustration and book elsewhere. There are far too many other wonderful choices in the area, and recommend taking advantage of them if you are able to do so. Communication from this facility is also very sub par, so staying there is rolling the dice

Awful. Health hazard. Roaches. Read the other reviews and dont stay here under any circustance. Its old and unclean and literally a gues came in while I was checking in with a live roach he caught and said there were a bunch of them crawling on his stuff.

There were broken down cars in bad shape with flat tires in the back parking lot. When we pulled in there was a group of guys sitting in a car with all the windows down and they just started at us. Did not feel safe.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I encountered during a recent stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Columbus Fairgrounds. Despite multiple attempts to address the situation with the hotel management and Wyndham's corporate office, I have received no response or resolution. On July 27, 2024, I checked into the Days Inn with my family. Upon arrival, I noticed dirt in our room, which I immediately reported to the front desk. We were attending an event at the nearby fairgrounds, so after reporting the issue, we left for the event. When we returned to the hotel later that evening, we placed our belongings in the room and went out again to explore the city. Upon returning later that night, my sister mentioned that she heard noises coming from under the bed. When I investigated, I discovered a disturbing sight—a rat or mouse nest under the bed. The mattress was resting on a metal frame, and it was clear that the area had not been properly cleaned or inspected before our stay. I have tried repeatedly to contact both the hotel management and Wyndham's corporate office to report this health and safety concern and seek a resolution. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the potential health risks posed by the presence of rodents in a guest room. Given the severity of the situation and the unresponsiveness of the hotel and Wyndham, I believe this issue warrants public attention. I have photos documenting the condition of the room and the presence of the rodent nest, which I can provide upon request. I am reaching out to your station in the hope that you can help bring awareness to this issue and hold those responsible accountable.
