Came from St. Croix, USVI to see a doctor. Got in late on a Monday night and AJ was so helpful and polite. Wasn't familiar with Uber Eats and he was great with helping me with ordering food. (We don't have anything like Uber in the Virgin Islands). After I returned from the doctor appointment, I needed a pharmacy so the doctor could call in prescriptions, Erica at the front desk was able to give me the name of a pharmacy close by. Linda, the manager, was wonderful and very helpful. Thank you to the staff for making my stay pleasant.

Horrible!!!! Break in of cars in the parking lot early morning btwwn 6:30am -7am. Cars all trashed windows busted. Apparently a frequent occurnce that customers were unaware of. Horrible figthening experince!!! Will never return!!!!!

I stay in hotels all over the world, and I have never seen staff so unwilling to help. They don't care about their guests. I had to extend my stay due to problems with my flight. And even though I was still in the room, they made me leave and wait from 11 am to 3 pm in the lobby, to check in again. I have never seen that in my life. Worst experience. People don't honor their work, horrible service. No desire to work.

unfortunately this was not a good experience for us. customer service was terrible . the staff looked like they did not care at all . the room did smell mouldy and musty. hall way carpeting also smelled musty . the general public area was unkempt. floors were dirty in most areas. i have stayed in best western for many years and in different countries but i think their standards have gone down I trully hope its just this aprticular hotel and not the whole chain because i really like staying with them

One of the worst stays at a hotel I've experienced in a long, long time. Besides Paige at the front desk, most other staff could not be bothered. Ear pods in and glued to their phones. Stayed 3 nights and not once had room service. No clean towels, no TP, no soap or shampoo. When requested - we were usually told none were available. The entire first floor smelled like pool chemicals and weed. Rooms were tight and dirty. Ceilings look like they were going to fall in. Our shower curtain rod was only attached by a single drywall screw. Breakfast consisted of dry, cold eggs, overcooked sausage and frozen potatoes. The breads were stale and coffee was not always available. I got gas at the Speedway directly in front of the hotel and was immediately accosted for money from a stranger in the parking lot. The gentlemen was later sought out by the local police dept. at the Sheetz across the street. The area was so bad that they had a security detail sit in front of the hotel on the weekend. I guess crime does not happen on the weekdays. Overall - I would not recommend.
