Disgusting hotel. Filthy rooms. 2 day old cold coffee in the lobby. Entire hotel stunk. Staff very rude. Avoid at all costs. The 3 stars it has is very overrated. I believe there was a shooting while i was there. People shooting up in the parking lot.

This hotel is horrible. Paint peeling in room and bathroom. Dingy sheets and towels. Drain in bathtub was so slow the tub almost filled while trying to shower. Insufficient lock on door. Phone in room did not work. No iron or ironing board. Staff rude and unhelpful

Front desk manager was rude to my fiancé and wasn’t willing to accommodate us with service. Proceeded to use restroom while they discussed the issue and there was lo and behold a semi dead roach. I tried to diffuse the situation and the front desk attended was still rude.

this is just a few but there were roaches everywhere! i had the jacuzzi suite and the mirrors had so many water stains and the ceiling had so much dust. when i went to ask for a new room i was offered another room, but i felt filthy after being there for only 2 hours ! worst experience i’ve ever ever had with a hotel. would not recommend AT ALL

Staff is very friendly. The rooms are in poor condition and are riddled with roaches. There seems to be mold growing on the AC units too. Cleanliness and sanitation of the rooms overall is very poor. Most of it just seems really old and like they didn’t want to repair damages from wear and tear. Would not stay here again
