Man at check in didnāt make eye contact and couldnāt find my reservation. I had to show him my email. Floors in the room were dirty and the bathroom floor had hair on it. Gross. The shuttle service to the airport was good. On time. Convent to leave your car for a week but hotel was not the greatest.

Customer service was above and beyond. I travel a lot, usually stay at Hiltons. I was travelling back but plane did not arrive until 1130 pm. The shuttle driver and front desk went above and beyond what is normally expected for the type of hotel. Even offered late check out.

Nice room, great staff, close to airport, shuttle and parking long term. Breakfast could be improved. Great Mexican restaurant across the road, didn't really hear the planes at night, restful sleep........................will return

Great place to stay.... Free hot breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable.... staff is always excellent. RTA red line trains, and #78 bus is right outside the door... There arecstores, banks, food and drink a few minutes away on Puritas ave... easy walk, drive, or #78 bus
