Wow! What a pleasant surprise for the price! So quiet and clean! Beautiful room and a comfy bed. The rooftop bar is a must if you go! Seriously beautiful view. And every member of the staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast (which was free) was a nice spread too! If I ever go back to Cincinnati, I will definitely stay here again!

This location is great! We were traveling with our dog and it is right across from a nice park. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was our 40th anniversary and the front desk gifted us with some bar vouchers. We went up to the rooftop bar and had a great time. Sammie and the crew were awesome! If we stay in Cincinnati again, this will be our place!

The Phelps Rooftop Bar offers one of the most stunning views in the city, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the skyline. The new menu is absolutely excellent, with a great selection of delicious options that pair perfectly with their well-crafted cocktails and new wine list. A huge shoutout to Kelly and Cali for their outstanding service! They made me feel truly welcomed and at home, adding a personal touch to the experience. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made the evening even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a fantastic rooftop spot with great food, drinks, and top-notch service, The Phelps, rooftop, is a must-visit!

We stayed for two nights and I cannot say enough good about this place. The front desk folks were wonderful and nice, everyone was. The breakfast was amazing! Tasha and Angie were friendly and helpful. The turkey asiago breakfast burrito, excellent. What they offered for free breakfast was so far better than other hotels. We had a minor rocking problem with our toilet, the "fixit"man Kenny was fast and fixed the problem. We loved the rooms also, very, very, nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Even though staffing was shorthanded because of the weather, everyone was very accommodating and helpful. I especially would like to thank the breakfast crew of Jo and Robert, excellent food and incredible service.
