I get it. Indian people own ALL the La Quintas. And I've come to understand that they do not believe in spending so much as $1 on maintenance and upkeep. I've had to to lower my expectations and realize that a stay at La Quinta is like a stay at a third world inn. What I don't understand is how these people came from India seeking a better life and the American Dream, but they hate Americans. The young woman who runs this hotel is condescending, rude and her accent is so thick it would take a chainsaw to cut it. She is not only nasty to the core and unwilling to listen to anything, but you can't understand her when she does say something. It's like being in a hovel in Mumbai. Wyndham Hotels has not been completely taken over by Indian people. And with that takeover came a complete disregard for customer service and a total lack up upkeep. I'm pretty sure that they hire blind people to do the paint and drywall repair, because that's the only excuse for the horrible work. I'm a professional contractor and anybody who worked for me and did work like this would be unemployed in the blink of an eye. AND EVERY SINGLE LA QUINTA is like this. The exteriors aren't bad and the lobbies are generally okay, but the rooms are filled with rotting baseboards, bad drywall repair, and dilapidated conditions. But if I have to pay real American dollars for a stay at a third world hotel site here in America, I'd at least like the staff the learn English and be a little polite.

My room was 103. Room was comfortable. Water pressure good and strong. Reception desk personnel were very nice. Breakfast was tasty. Wish the location was in better area. Great price. You can tell it is an older place. But you cannot beat the price!

Someone was shot and killed in the lobby the morning i check in. I feel the La Quinta brand in the Cincinnati are is not the worth the money. I have stayed at 3 different hotels and none of them were worth the money that i spent. leads me to believe the District manager is not doing his job.
