Courtyard Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood

I stayed here a few weeks ago.. the room was dirty specially the bathroom… mold is in the shower…TV did not work and the manger was rude… I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there are plenty of better places to stay in Cincinnati area…the walls are paper thin

Booked 25 rooms for a wedding and was misinformed about use of the hotel lounge / lobby area. Upon asking the manager (Kelly) she was extremely rude, mocked my daughter, threatened to cancel all reservations (1 day prior to the wedding). Worst customer experience ever. Do not book for your wedding guests or for any other event.

I attended my Family Reunion here this past weekend. We had a banquet that was catered in by the hotel. I'm here to say the food was terrible and not fully heated. The next day at breakfast there was a green bean sitting in the chaffing dish. 22% gratuity for what and they didn't bother to even wash the serving dish? Yet called a family member after the fact to state that we were not allowed to take food from the hotel as it is a liability (the food we paid for). I'm sure not cleaning the serving dishes is a bigger liability. If you're hosting an event here I would NOT recommend.

Our daughter takes medicine that needs to stay cold. We can store in room fridge overnight but need ice packs in cooler in car while traveling. We travel cross country every summer and have never had a hotel refuse to store her ice packs (that are in a sealed plastic bag without our name on it) in the freezer overnight. Never at any brand hotel have they refused when they find out it’s for a child’s medication. It’s after midnight when we arrived. There is no one else at front desk. They are not busy.

This place is so convenient. Easy valet parking. We self parked in the garage - plenty of spots - but then we saw how quick and easy the valet is so next time we will valet! Location is in a fun area with lots of shops. Easy to get to all the Cincy highlights. It seems like it might be noisy but our room was very quiet at night. They have a small but clean pool, a small but easy and friendly coffee shop, and the front staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small, but bed was comfy. One note: we only had one USB port in the whole room 😄. Lesson learned: always bring plug-ins for your devices. There were plenty of outlets. The hydrangeas in front of the hotel were so stunning!
