Extended Stay America Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash Reagan Hwy

Never reserve at this hotel! My friends and I made a reservation and when we try to check in they already had sold the room to other people. They didn’t give us any other option because the only room available was a single bed while we reserved two queen beds (4 people). At the end, we were looking for a hotel in the middle of the night, just because they were over booked.

The good…it was inexpensive, close to our itinerary and the bed was comfortable. The bad… the toilet wouldn’t flush, nobody was at the front desk we had to call to get someone to check us in. There were unidentified stains on the carpet. Didn’t look Like the floor behind the bathroom door was swept. The window screen was broken. The paint was chipped in spots. The arms of the recliner were shredded. Overall just not a nice place to stay.

Stayed in Blue Ash for a temporary work assignment. Location has just about everything you need: restaurants, grocery, and various stores. Very, VERY friendly staff at Extended Stay! They were helpful at all hours. Thank you for everything!

I have stayed at this location many times in the past and have been pleased. However, i just stayed in June 2021 and the condition of this hotel had declined completely, specifically the cleanliness. The stair wells were filthy and weren’t cleaned during the three days I was in the hotel, the handrails and door knobs were actually sticky to the point I would not touch the rail going to my floor, not very safe. A quick wash down would not have helped, they need to be power washed. The laundry room floor was the same. No ice machine, and NO coffee in the lobby in the morning. All other hotels have resumed their breakfast offerings. Also, in my room the light switch on the bedside light was sticky. Very limited TV channels. I checked out a day early due to the condition. I called corporate and discussed the situation in detail, they said they would forward the information to the hotel and the hotel would contact me, I requested a refund for my two night stay. No one ever got in touch with me.

Excellent location, great room, and helpful friendly staff. Any problems or issues, which are extremely rare, are resolved quickly. Honestly, the management and staff make this Extended Stay excellent.
