I will start by saying the staff is great, but as far as the stay goes, you get what you pay for. The hotel smells as soon as you walk in. When you reach your room you can tell everything is cheap. My room grossed me out, so I slept dirty, took a shower in the morning and headed out. The hotel has a lout of potential, but If you can afford an extra $40 a night, stay at the Hilton down the street.

We booked a king room well in advance of the arrival date, paid in advance, non refundable fee for 3 nights, entered room #225 and it was double. Moved us to king room #205 and it had not been cleaned in a long time, toilet was black inside, garbage in cans, bed sheets were not clean, dirty, moldy towels on floor, clear dried glue like clumps all over kitchen sink and counter, top and door of refrigerator, toilet, bathroom sink, etc. Asked for new room and was told no more are available but offered us a refund. We were in town for the big Air Force Marathon Race event so finding another hotel with a room for last minute walk-ins was not an option. I left for Expo and husband cleaned the room with supplies they gave him as no staff was available to clean it for us. He spent two hours scrubbing, including using a scrapper to try and get the glue stuff up. Full kitchen but no dishes, pots, silverware, cups, nothing; front desk had one pan only to loan us. We had to go to Wal-Mart and purchased basic items so we could cook. The carpeted floor was dirty and they did not have a vacuum to loan us so we had to live with that. No clean towels available till late that evening and could not get more during stay. The smell of marijuana was in the hallway of the 2nd floor continuously. The room a few down the hall from us played loud mariachi music all day that was so loud it could be heard on the entire second floor. Other guest had large, unleashed dog that we came across several times in hallways and lobby. The front deck was not manned 24 hours, one morning the place was still locked up at 9am. We have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past and didn't encounter any of the above issues. Not sure what happened but after this stay, I have to say that this would not be a good place to stay with a family, and don't stay here for a pleasure trip. If you're in town long term for work and don't need a clean, quiet room, don't need a supplied kitchen so you can cook meals in room, and your job doesn't pay for a nice place then stay here. The front desk staff was nice enough (except for one older guy) but nice didn't get us towels or a clean room. And as we checked out of our prepaid room, they hit us with a Linen Service Fee of $5.98. No notice of that in advance and we sure did not get linen service during the three day stay, except for one initial set of sheets that my husband had to put on the bed the first day. Looking back, I cannot believe we actually stayed at this hotel after arrival, but at the time we felt that we had no options. If you're reading this review, you still have other options so take them!!!

We were very impressed by the front desk manager, Rickās, kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. He is a true asset to this facility. Extended stays can be challenging and he handled our situation with grace. Thank you Rick!

We left days early. The water was off one day, the elevator was off several days, the electricity kept fluttering in the entire room, the fridge had been removed from our room so I had to throw our food away, the rooms were beyond dirty they were nasty. Arms of chairs so dirty they were black and gummy. And then came nightfall and the roaches came out. That was it for me. We checked out and bit inly did the desk clerk refuse to see the photos of the roaches they refused to refund our money, including the night in advance we had paid for. They say satisfaction guaranteed. I am curious what they means to them.

We were traveling from Iowa to Pennsylvania. We booked a night here just to break the trip- up . The lady working the front desk was very nice when we called the front desk in the middle of the night wanting an extra blanket. The price point was a little high as the rooms needed to be updated and when we woke in the morning their was no shower head. Over all it was the ticket for a good nights rest for the 6 hour drive we had ahead of us and very quiet.
