Great staff and rooms alot of nearby activities really good breakfast. Indoor pool very clean. Very quiet hotel especially with all nearby business and highway traffic. The rooms are very clean the room was equipped with everything you will need. Great stay

The people minus the second shift desk clerk were wonderful. The beds were amazing. But I brought a bunch of kids down for a contest who were looking forward to swimming and using the exercise room which we're both out of service and so are the vending machines. So that was just very disappointing for the amount of money we paid

The room was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good. But I specifically called to check on the availability of the pool, because I have a pool-based physical therapy routine. The pool was open, but it was not heated! It was like cold tapwater from winter pipes. I could only do the part of my therapy which involved the steps. Then I had to go back to my room and get under the covers, because my husband was in the shower. The pool was questionable to begin with; the bottom is all flakey. The person on the phone could have at least warned me that it wasn't heated. We come through Youngstown twice a year on the way to and from visiting family. We will not be staying here again.

This property is a cozy place to lay your head for a nite and maybe longer. The staff was very friendly and engaging. The pool was kept very clean. The breakfast was better than most other chains. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

There is awesome people who work there very quick about getting a room for u and they have comfortable beds. The food is also good with coffee. There is good food places around near the location.. they also have a indoor pool that is to temp so it’s not as cold
