Comfort Inn and Suites Copley Akron

Guys, this place is seriously the best value I’ve come across. For under $90, you get a king size bed with crisp white sheets, a super comfy mattress, and a spotless room. But the real gem? It’s actually pet friendly — even if you have a cat (which is rare and awesome). They also charged my EV for free, had fresh coffee and breakfast in the morning, and the staff was super helpful — showed me everything, explained where things were, really welcoming. Another big plus: since the hotel is set a bit off the highway, it’s super quiet — no traffic noise at all. We even slept with the window open and it was peaceful the whole night. Oh, and did I mention there’s a pool? Like… a legit pool. For this price? Unreal. Highly recommend — would 100% stay here again.

I’m being kind to give it 2 stars. It may have the name Comfort Inn but is no way close to accommodations associated with Comfort Inns . The front desk lost my reservation. Took over 15 minutes to figure it out. The room card had to be re - activated twice and was not the only having this problem. The breakfast was just ok. But the final insult was the room. Bed was ok but furniture had seen better days. The towels had a musty smell. The shower had no water pressure and luck warm water . Totally unacceptable.

The condition of the hotel was HORRIBLE!!! The first thing you smell when you walk in the door is a combination of mold/mildew/dust that they try to cover up with an awful air freshener. The rooms are by far the worst we've EVER stayed in. The beds had disgusting stains all over, that appeared to be urine and other body fluids. The room smelled like mold. There were mold spots on the shower curtain. Fecal matter was on the toilet handle. Mgmt and the front desk staff were awful and dismissive. When we tried to explain that we couldn't stay in such a filthy room, especially considering our kids' health condition, the manager Brittney laughed at us and hung up on us. We have never experienced this level of poor customer service and disrespect. She should be fired immediately. I can't believe this hotel/*DUMP* hasn't been shut down by the health department!!! Don't waste your money. Once you check in and see the state of the rooms, you will want to leave, and they won't refund you!!! OVERALL THIS IS A DUMP . PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DONT STAY HERE.

I booked a room here for 4 nights after reading the reviews and felt good about my decision. When I was given my room key for the 4th floor, the first sign was that the lights for the elevator didn't resonate. I get to my floor and it is stuffy, okay. I enter my room and it is hot. I turn on the AC, and there isn't any air blowing, and it completely shuts off. I tried to turn it on again, and it wouldn't. I pulled down the sheets to check the bed, and there were food crumbs and gross stains all over the sheets and bed cover. I immediately went to talk to the manager, who was not on-site; the front desk person said that there weren't any more rooms and that she would cancel my 4-day reservation. She had no remorse or was phased by the picture I took of the bed. Fair warning to those who read the reviews. Walk away from this motel.

I can't recommend this place enough for the wonderful staff. It's pretty average as far as the rooms and amenities, but the staff go above and beyond to make this a great stay. I've been taking care of some family business and feeling a little disorganized at times, and they go out of their way to make sure I can get on the internet, get into my room, enter the pool area, etc. The breakfast is pretty good and there is coffee at all hours. Highly recommend. this place!
