Drury Inn & Suites Cincinnati Sharonville

The front desk employee, Connor I think was his name, absolutely took care of us. We arrived at the wrong hotel and were actually booked for the one across the street. He informed us of the nasty conditions of the booked hotel and convinced us to book with Drury. On top of that, he absolutely hooked us up. He provided us a king suite, top floor, jacuzzi tub, 3 free drinks at the bar and dinner. This was our night away from the kids and it was pure relaxation and peacefulness. I will definitely be booking with them from now on!

The pool and spa area was great for the whole family! The kids thought it was really cool they could swim inside and out, even though it was cold outside! The breakfast was good with lots of options, and the kickback at night was great. There was something for everyone and the complimentary drinks coupled with outstanding service in the food area made for a carefree stay cation! (There is also a Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesdays next door, as well as an arcade across the street!

We stayed here for our first stop on our way to PCB Florida from Canada. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were good. Breakfast was good, and the kickback was just ok (I wasn't a fan of the meatball supper as it was cold). I will stay here again next year.

Free evening meal and drinks which we missed and included breakfast which was dreadful. Sugar and starch. Room was large, upgraded to a King suite as all Kings taken. Fixtures and room a little dated. Bath tub with shower curtain. Microwave, no safe.Just one night for us so no other comments

Parking in handicap was dangerous. Pure ice even to the curb. Fell but caught myself as I grabbed my cars side view mirror. Food was mediocre and not like it was in prior stays. Dog fee $50 when other hotels charge $20 & $25. $170.00 for our night stay too much not worth the price. Done staying at Drury. 10 years of loyalty no more.
