A lot of reconstruction going on during stay. Old and abused cabinets and furniture in room. Room looked clean. Clientele that came in lobby was questionable.... Felt bad for clerk at desk. She was very pleasant but looked a little overwhelmed, dealing with the clientele...

Stayed here for a Browns game sans car. Rooms are spacious. Furniture is slightly dated but rooms are clean. Kitchen has a large refrigerator, a microwave, and a couple of cooktop burners. My room didn't have any dishes or utensils. There was a placard in the room you could request a "package" from the front desk. Don't know if they charge extra. Though for a short stay I only needed the microwave to reheat food from nearby restaurants. Hotel has a very small lobby and no other common amenities. Several restaurants nearby, including Chipotle, Panera, Cracker Barrell. Don't miss the Sheetz convenience store. They have a small grill / deli area. I purchased a very respectable, economical turkey sandwich for the Browns game. Breakfast is relatively sparse - coffee; prepackaged muffins; granola bars. In fairness, the hotel website advertises it as a grab and go breakfast. There are a couple of nearby busses that go downtown. They also connect to the light rail to the airport. Busses run every 30 to 60 minutes but that's not bad if you plan your departures and arrivals. Overall it's a good value for a respectable hotel in a convenient suburban location.

US$ 115 price per night is too high for what they offer. The only positive experience was upon arrival. Shawn (hopefully the right name) was at the checkin desk when we arrived at 3am. The room had been cancelled, apparently because it was considered a no show at midnight (I had never heard that and Iāve arrived very late to many other hotels). Shawn however did his best to reinstate the reservation and give us a room with a smile on his face and very professional manner. The rest of the experience is not good because the hotel is dated. The carpet throughout looks very old and dirty. Dark colour with even darker areas of stains. The hallway as well as the room smelled not very good. Also, the room door regularly got stuck making it difficult to open. The room also lack any living essentials, considering it offers a kitchenette. Not sure if thatās the standard case for that hotel brand but this room did not have any dishes, cutlery, or pots.. all cabinets were completely empty but it did have the 2-range stove and fridge. The bed comfort was average. Thankfully I couldnāt find bedbugs because the cleanliness condition of the carpet in the hallway is very questionable. The breakfast on the go is almost null. Coffee at 9 was already cold and they didnt fill it up at all. They offered only small chocolate muffins individually wrapped and snack bars. Then we requested late checkout at 12:30 because the standard is 11 and we were a bit behind. Well no flexibility whatsoever although the hotel was certainly not at capacity. That adds up to the terrible customer experience.

the stay was alright basic amenities has kitchen and laundry services available which is nice.. BUT the sexual harassment i received from aaron the front desk rep was absolutely unnerving i even spoke with another woman staying who received the same treatment.. apparently its been going on for a while .. Now my stay was short but i probably won't come back to this location this world has enough creeps without worrying about the hotel your relying on to maintain your safety is employing one ... I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST A NEW EMPLOYEE BEFOR LEGAL ACTION IS TAKIN WITH THAT REP ... HES A CREEP

Upon entering I was greeted by Dionne, when I mentioned my name she said, Iām sorry, I saw a third party asked for your room to be cancelled. The cancellation was requested 4 days prior to my trip but no reply from hotel so I just went on with the trip. Also Iāve been traveling solo from out of state and had no car. So now she can see Iām visibly upset bc Iām traveling solo and just got dropped off by an Uber with nowhere else to go. She was able to accommodate me and still able to get me a room even with full vacancy. Very nice ladies working at the front desk and even gave me some snacks to take to my room. Great customer service, thanks again Dionne. I was in town for a Browns football game and the hotel is close to a lot of nearby restaurants and a few minutes drive to Downtown where all the Cleveland sports stadiums are located.
