Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester Henrietta

Really nice hotel, with excellent staff. Breakfast has good variety, and very fresh coffee. Housekeeping staff are very attentive and efficient. Brittani is a very capable housekeeping supervisor. Tina, Shantelle, and Cadynce, do a great cleaning job. Of course, there’s no one else (in the world) like Brandon, who’s in Housekeeping, and thinks of every detail. Matthew and Alison are the hotel managers, who keep everything running very well, and stay upbeat, despite being very busy. At front desk, Holden is also very efficient and upbeat. Stephanie and Marcia, at front desk, are very helpful. Hopefully, this whole team is still there, when I soon return, as they help to make this hotel a desirable place to stay. Have traveled there several times, with consistent, high-quality stays!

This hotel is excellent! We had the opportunity to stay here while visiting friends in the area and could not have been more please. It is in a great location with quick access to many areas and ample shopping and dining nearby. The room was very clean and well kept with several amenities available including a full kitchen with dishes, sitting area and large bathroom with plenty of space. During check-in we had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie who was so friendly and welcoming. She even made it a point to greet us again the following morning and afternoon as we passed through the lobby. Allison was equally as friendly during our check-out process which was quick and efficient. Brittani the housekeeping manger was excellent as well. She was very friendly and helpful and quick to complete the few requests we had during our stay. She even stopped by to say hello while we were eating breakfast. We travel quiet frequently and stay at many different types of hotels across the country. This location along with the team are top notch and cannot be commended enough for their friendly, welcoming attitude and hospitality during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

The Residence Inn of Rochester/Henrietta has the friendliest, most generous staff. We have greatly appreciated their commitment to hospitality: it’s clear the hotel team as a whole is motivated by service to others and enjoys their work. With every smile, they create a warm and welcoming environment - a real “home away from home.” We highly recommend!

The room was nice but the house keeping sucks. They never left coffee in the rooms and they only came in the rooms every two days. Their breakfast is always the same . They needed to change it up sometimes. The only time something got done is when you complain to the supervisor.

We stayed here while taking our child to RIT, which is nearby. Our two-bedroom suite was clean and well-maintained and gave us ample space for a family of four. All front-desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good.
