Extended Stay America Suites Rochester Henrietta

The place was ok at first, but after 3 months some of the staff started to show there true colors. Very unprofessional and heartless. Two Days before we were going to check out. They went into our room thinking that we skipped out, they tried charging our credit cards without our permission. While we were at a family funeral, And when we called to straighten out everything . They were rude , Unprofessional and kept hanging up the phone. I don't recommend this place!

Room booked online not available, given another room next to room under construction with strong odors, moved to third room, hallway has strong odor. Fair, mold on refrigerator. Make the best of it. Will not recommend or return to when back in area.

Booked a 3 night stay at the Rochester - Henrietta on June 20, 2023, checking in on June 30, 2023. On June 30, 2023 the day of my arrival I received a call from this fine establishment informing me that they will not be able to keep my reservation. They gave me some BS excuse and that I will be getting a full refund. This was after I was on the road for 5hrs and just 30min to arrive at the Motel. That left me and my family out in Rochester with no place to stay. After 45min making calls to different Motels we found a place. Oh I forgot to mention they were going to see if they could get me accommodation at their sister Motel located at Rochester - Greece, thank God I didn't hold my breath, am still waiting on that call. The topper is they had the nerve to put a no show charge for $113.70 on my credit card the day after my supposedly check-in date. Maybe this all turned out for the best after reading some of the reviews on this place. Watch out for this place. You wont know for sure if you have a room when you get there and they will try to scam you out of your money. READ THE REVIEWS save yourself the headache

needed a quick place to stay off the highway with my son on our travels home. The woman at the front desk was nice. That was the only nice thing about this place. Everything looked rundown, smelled horrendous, smoke, pot… you name it. Rugs were so disgusting. The room looked like somebody took a crowbar to the door. Everything was chipped. Bathrooms are disgusting, cigarette burn holes everywhere. What the hell happened to this place? There was a maxi pad stuck to the inner side door covering the eye hole. My kid wanted to know what that was. I laughed so hard. We ate our fast food lunch and I spent the next 20 minutes trying to find a place where I didn’t feel like I was going to get mugged. We put our stuff back in the car and left in 20 minutes, what a dump! My fault for not reading any reviews at the last minute decision.
