This has become my go to hotel in NYC. I've been coming here since it was the Conrad. Love the location, love the rooms. Specifically the size of the rooms, I find them so comfortable. I recommend this hotel to a business traveler, and family travel just the same. Very safe location, near everything. Beds are very comfortable, breakfast is great. Only positive memories from this hotel.

First day of our week here but we can already say our suite is roomy, and the service is great. Jimmy was great/welcoming at check-in. Also, really appreciate Jasonâs help making this a weekend special for our daughterâs 21st with the room decorations, balloons and champagne ready for our toast.

We stayed for one week at The Luxury Collection Manhattan Midtown as a family, having booked a premium suite of 54m² with park view, at a rate of over $1,000 per night. We were expecting a refined and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, our stay was marked by repeated issues, poor management, and a general lack of professionalism. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. After reporting it, we were moved to a second room â where we experienced loud mechanical noise and wall vibrations, confirmed by the hotelâs own engineering team to be caused by the buildingâs ventilation infrastructure. We shared a video with management, yet no concrete solution was offered. The third rooming proposal was unacceptable: two small separate rooms on different floors, splitting up our family, when the entire point of booking a suite was to enjoy our vacation together. We later discovered that several suites and apartments were still available for booking on the hotelâs website â completely contradicting what the staff had told us. After posting a factual and measured review on Google, we noticed a clear shift in attitude. Instead of proposing a real solution, the hotel shifted to scripted responses, vague messages, and avoidance. At no point did we receive a sincere acknowledgment of responsibility or a meaningful gesture of goodwill. This is not what one expects from a Marriott Luxury Collection property. In any other 5-star hotel â particularly in Europe â this situation would have been swiftly recognized, compensated, and resolved. We are left with the impression that our discomfort was tolerated, not addressed. While some staff members were friendly, the overall management showed no ability (or willingness) to recover the guest experience, despite multiple opportunities to do so. We received a bottle of prosecco instead of the champagne promised, and 20,000 Bonvoy points â a completely inadequate gesture given the level of disruption and the price of our stay. The hotelâs location is excellent, but if youâre looking for true comfort, consistency, and accountability: look elsewhere.

5 Stars â A Truly Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived at the Luxury Hotel NYC, everything exceeded expectations. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detailâfrom a smooth check-in to thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Our suite was elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is perfectâcentral to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the rooftop bar, which offered incredible cocktails and panoramic views of Manhattan. Room service was prompt and delicious, and the concierge went above and beyond to make our weekend unforgettable

From the moment I checked in with Ann until I left this morning, everything was perfect. I had a beautiful suite with lots of living space and separate sleeping quarters. The sheets and the queen sized beds were luxurious. We ordered breakfast each morning. The food and service were exceptional. Barack and his coworkers took great pride in first class service. The shower was probably the best Iâve had at a hotel. Iâve traveled a lot, but canât recall a better shower. Great water pressure and well regulated temperature. A real treat. I didnât eat in the restaurant there but that was because I had plans elsewhere. I did look at the seating and the menu. It looked great.
