Four Points by Sheraton Midtown Times Square

Anton Rollinson was so helpful! I want to thank him for making sure I could get my daughter situated at the hotel when she had to unexpectedly leave her short term apartment the last week of her intensive study program. Thanks to him everything went smoothly!! This hotel was close to all the studios my daughter had to attend during her program in NYC, and was also very close to all the theaters for the shows she saw her last week in NYC. Thank you Four Points.

The rooms and hotel in general are really outdated and overpriced. No frills lobby with no convenience shop. Breakfast is paid, beds are very uncomfortable, and your view will likely be into the window of the building next door and the people in it. Netflix and YouTube available on room tv if you have a personal account to sign into, but it lags and pauses regularly, seemingly due to bad internet connection. Turnover service is decent, but standard. Location isn’t bad if you’re in the city as a tourist and want to be close to Times Square.

Very polite and helpful staff. Good cleaning and location. The beds and pillows are bad. The room is small for a couple and a teenager. The room has very bad acoustics. Depending on the room you are in, the elevator ends up passing close to the wall of the room, which makes it impossible to sleep at night. It is only worth it if you are staying for a few days. I believe there are better options for the same price.

Great location, repeat visit. This Marriott property (Sheraton) is always clean and professional. Room was spotless and the staff was polite as could be. This locale is perfect. It is so easy to walk to the theatre district from here especially if you are just looking for a place to crash.
