Excellent stay at the Empire as per usual! Kudos to Pasquale and Maggie who were one step ahead of us in making our stay a special experience! They certainly exceeded our expectations. This is the 4th time staying here and we simply love the location, hotel and staff. Stop by the rooftop bar!

the hotel is very clean and efficient everyone welcome us, the staff is fantastic. we came to have our bags put aside (2 hours before check in) and our room was ready so they checked us in early. Keenan and Pasquale at the front desk we very helpful and welcoming!

We came to New York for a mother daughter trip. We picked Empire Hotel because it felt like a very New York experience. The lobby is retro and "insta-worthy" according to the teenager. The check-in was very quick and easy. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

This was a great place if you are going to The Met. We had a good time and the doormen were really nice and considerate. Keenan, Pasquale, and Yll were very helpful with solving any minor issues we had, cheerfully. One downside is that the lobby bar is still closed and they don't have any glassware for you to use when enjoying wine or bubbles in your room. That should be fixed asap, IMO. But we will be back. Cheers!
