Residence Inn by Marriott Middletown Goshen

Very clean. The studio was spacious, but a king bed would be better than the queen that was in the room. Everything looked pretty new and well-maintained. Location is near the mall but not within walking distance. Note - every room that sleeps 2 people should have a minimum of 4 bath towels. Women like separate towels for their hair.

Came in for a wedding and got the chance to meet lovely Rocio at the front desk. Her welcoming demeanor, and professionalism is something that the Hotel and her team should be very proud of. She truly knows how to make you feel comfortable and at home right away. Rocio is truly a shining star at that Front Desk. Later on in the evening, we met David whose bubbly personality really set the stage for the late night after party. We can’t think everyone Enough for the wonderful weekend. By the way, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was so helpful. I recommend this hotel tenfold.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I made this reservation months ago and even confirmed it last week, yet the staff canceled it without notifying me (at 2pm), leaving me scrambling for a last-minute alternative at a much higher cost. The staff was unhelpful and acted like they did nothing wrong. Obviously, they overbooked, and we had to pay the price—literally! I expected far better service and accountability. By the way, I NEVER leave reviews.

Stayed here for one night while doing a driving tour of some national parks. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were happy that we could bring our pup with us. We would definitely stay again if in the area and will recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel with wife and a 1 year old baby for 10 months from January to September, 2024 for work. We could not praise enough everything about this hotel. The hotel is 3-4 years old but kept pristine, all the public areas and all the rooms we stayed at were 100% well kept, everything was modern and comfortable. Every single staff at the hotel were top notch, hospitable and personal, very helpful on all occasions. If you ever needed anything, they will do everything they can to help out, I couldn't say enough about the staff members. 100% great experience, from hotel amenities like the pool to breakfast, absolutely the best Residence Inn we ever stayed at, and I've worked all over the country and stayed at countless Marriott and Hilton hotels.
