Everyone here was just great. Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and in the evening you have a social for guests. It is pet friendly and centrally located for my needs. I stayed twice in two weeks due to medical procedure as the hotel was across the street from the surgery center and doctor's office.

My husband, son, and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites Reno the week of July 15th - 20th. The hotel is lovely. It is immaculate and inviting. Our plane arrived about 3 hours before check-in time, so we thought we would ask to store our luggage and kill time until check-in. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful, she checked our reservation to see if our room was ready yet, and it was. So, we were able to check in 3 hours early, which was so nice since we had been traveling for several hours. Our room was a two-bed, two-bath suite. It was quite large with a living area, a small kitchenette, and a dining table. Each bedroom was large and comfortable. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. I would love to know exactly what kind of mattress is used in the rooms because I would love to purchase one. The lady who took care of the breakfast area throughout the week was so nice and took excellent care of the breakfast bar. Everything was kept full and was delicious. It was the normal hotel breakfast foods, scrambled eggs or premade omelet, sausage, bacon, diced potatoes, waffles, toast, bagels, coffee, juice, and tea. We saw the weekend breakfast lady only once, but she was very nice too. There is a pool, (however it was cold, so I didn't get in) and a workout room. They also offer free-to-use laundry machines. You must supply your soap, which they sell in the sundries shop. One of our favorite parts was the back patio. It is large with several sitting areas, an outdoor dining table, and a couple of grills, that anyone may use. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and we would like to thank them for taking such good care of us during our stay.

We chevron in late after a long day at the airports, but the stay expected is and treated us with care. Our room was upgraded to a nice suite. Tanks at the front desk were helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Jilla Z did a fantastic job keeping the food warm and very tasty. Overall, it was a nice stay with kind people.

Iâm platinum elite with IHG. I made my reservation the day before my arrival. I requested a high floor room away from the elevator. I used my rewards points, so my only option was a studio suite. En route to the hotel, I received a message from IHG saying, âGet prepared to be rewardedâwith an upgraded room amongst other things. When I arrived at the hotel and announced my arrival, the young lady at the front desk went to the back and appeared to search for my reservation and room assignment. She returned looking confused and began searching her computer before assigning me Room 310. Room 310is on the third floor right next to the elevator. After checking the location of the room, I returned to the front desk to point out the fact that I had requested a room away from the elevator, and asked the young lady if she could assign me another room, possibly on the 4th floor away from the elevator and what about the upgrade to a one-bedroom I was promised, if available. Again, she looked confused and began searching her computer. She didnât offer an upgrade and said the only other room available was another junior suite on another floor, but still next to the elevator. I decided to stay with 310. I canât believe a hotel this size had no rooms available. So, the room was quite small, there were children bouncing around in the room above until after 11:00PM, the mattress was hard and the pillows soft, the nightlight in the bathroom was way too bright, and I never could figure out how to used the thermostat. Itâs stays like this that make me question my loyalty to IHG. Oh, the breakfast and the lady who prepared it were appreciated.

First of all, the staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating! Jeannie, Tanya, & Jason went out of their way for us and were very kind! The breakfast was excellent, thank you Brittany!! The rooms were cozy and had all that we needed. Beautiful views of the snowy capped mountains outside our window! Great location. Would definitely stay here again next time in Reno!
