Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Las Vegas Stadium Area

Rooms were comfortable and perfect space for us. Breakfast was good and service was great. Employees were pleasant and very helpful. Help with pricing because we had to add another room to our stay. Love the closeness to the strip and raiders stadium.

I was a business traveler and was solo for 2 nights. I had an overall pleasant experience. The internet was reliable, the staff let me check-in when I arrived two hours early, the place was clean and quiet. Vanessa at the front desk was very helpful and polite. A gentleman mopping the elevator was so kind and welcomed me. It was easy to get an Uber/Lyft to the strip and also to order Uber Eats. There is also a delicious In-And-Out Burger you can walk to 5 minutes away, and they have patio dining. The downsides for me: I asked for a one-hour late check-out in order to take a conference call and was denied, although Vanessa was helpful in trying to set me up in a conference room (I ended up just taking the call from the lobby, which worked out ok, but had somewhat loud music playing). The most annoying aspect of the visit was a housekeeper knocking on my door 90-minutes before check-out time just to tell me what time check-out time is. This is really unprofessional behavior. Morning is a time a guest may be sleeping, showering, or, in my case, talking to my boss in a meeting. If I have not stayed past check-out time, please do not knock on my door and interrupt me, especially when a Do Not Disturb sign is on the door. Otherwise, it was overall a nice stay. 

Stayed at this location last week prior to attending a concert. First thing when I walk in the room I see what appeared to be a discarded hair net? Sometime during the evening 3 different pizza flyers were placed under my door. When I checked out, I asked the desk agent if they were put there by employees? She replied no. It’s disturbing to me that random people have access to guest areas, other than the public locations. How does anyone know if they have nefarious intentions?? I expressed both of these concerns, and received an apology, and an offer of some bonus points as a good will gesture. Well, so far no points credited, and I certainly hope they prevent random people from accessing guest hallways.

Back to september 2019 when this trip actually happened . visiting Las Vegas is very fun besides the city is very famous but also a strategic hub for traveling to arizona and utah. i had time to visit horse shoe bend on the border of arizona utah. of course a very comfortable place to rest will be more enjoyable, and Fairfield in the middle of vegas is a very right choice, comfortable and bonvoy's typical standard is guaranteed security. highly recommended to stay here!
