Best Western Elko Inn

Pool room is absolutely disgusting, black floor, green algae on the walls, tiles on the ceiling missing. Hot tub didn't work. Pull out couch bed had wrappers in it, sheets obviously not changed. Pieces of dog food found on the floor. They microwave their eggs for breakfast. The staff was really nice though.

Beware when making a reservation the rooms do not look like the pictures at all. There is no couch or cherish sit on TVs. Don’t work right room isn’t very clean. All the old furniture was hauled outside and left in the parking lot front desk. Staff is good, but they don’t warn you when you check in that there’s no furniture.

I love this hotel the staff was so friendly I can’t wait to come back. The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I came here to visit my family and I’m glad I chose this hotel. Ten out of ten when I came it was really hotel and my room felt cool as soon as I walked in.

Be warned 4 pm checkin enforced and time zone change occurs just east of them! Hotel room was large and had modern appliances and electronics, but was otherwise very shabby. The sofa was tired and stained, the carpet near the bathroom was ripped and peeling away from wall, the tile corners were dirty in bathroom. It was clean, but dated and shabby. Breakfast was good and offered many options. Would have liked fruit to go with yogurt.

This was one of the best hotels I have encountered. Clean, well kept and great staff. The view and huge window were fantastic.☺ I travel often and this was a good stay very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again when in area. Price is good in comparison to many other prices charged for this property.
