I was a bit leery after some of the reviews, but this hotel was clean (albeit a bit shabby in appearance. The first two days the halls reeked of some baby powder scented deodorizer…but it dissipated by check out on Sunday Room was clean, no dirt, stains or smells. The fridge worked well, and has a small freezer section that froze my 4 pound and 2 pound ice blocks. The beds were decent. Kids loved the pool and slides. That rusty stairwell is a bit of an eyesore, but still sturdy. Too many people in the hot tub though…at one point it was a people stew with like 15. But the next day I was able to get a chance after checkout and the jets worked, water was nice and warm. Breakfast was edible and filling, no issues for my family to find something to eat each morning. We did not use housekeeping - just put the sleeping sign up for the whole stay and got extra towels from the housekeeping staff when needed Would stay again as long as the price doesn’t go up too much.

No one at front desk for several minutes with phones ringing at Check in time. Hallways and elevator had a musty nursing home smell. Hot tub jets barely worked and slides shook as kids went down them The room was great and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot.

The front desk when checking in was really helpful and very nice. The room was perfect and the bed was comfortable .the breakfast in the morning was very good! I would recommend this hotel . We asked for an assistant room and it did not disappoint

The room was a very nice room. The only thing I had an issue with was that if I didn't have the heat on to at least 74 or more, the room was cold. I know that it was a very cold weekend, temps below zero most of the weekend, it was still hard to enjoy the nice room because of the coldness. I even had to go get a blanket from my car to be comfortable sleeping on Saturday night. Staff was really great and they did a nice job with cleaning the room and very welcoming when checking in. Would stay again just would ask for a warmer room.

Facility is very dated and could definitely use updating. Breakfast was so so but staff were friendly and pool area old but seemed well maintained. Close to West Acres Mall, many stores and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel if you are not too fussy as the price seems fair for the condition.
