Our first few minutes into our hotel experience while were were checking into the hotel we watched the guest in front of us be humiliated by the hotel manager. He berated her in front of us while trying to simultaneously check us in, which in turn had him authorize our card for her stay as he was distracted. As a person who has been in the industry for many years this could have been handled privately to avoid looking unprofessional in our very first interaction. Secondly I did not see one security/house person all weekend. The front desk staff seemed to work all day and night with little to no support staff. If your hotel is booked up the entire weekend with many hockey teams/wrestling teams you would think they would equipped to handle this. Breakfast both mornings was not properly stocked, coffee ran dry within the first few minutes and was not stocked back up, was also cold. Hot items very limited. Although staff was nice and friendly and tried their best. Upon travel back home we find our card has been charged for damages to the hotel common areas which was never told to us upon check out. We check our invoice only to notice we now have another guests who was staying at hotel not even our own bill, as we were in a hurry to leave and didn't check until we arrived home. If damage is done to common areas how do you know it was our team? Do you have it on camera? Did a staff member see a child and know what room they belong to? We were charged for a broken door we never broke, told we partying all night when we had a curfew nightly at 10pm. WE DO NOT PARTY. In my opinion this is a very sneaky way to do business. Wait till everyone leaves then charge all their cards and then refuse to let them speak with the manager who authorized these "charges". If you can put the charges on the cards have the decency to at least pick up the phone and tell us how you can justify this. TELL US IN PERSON before we leave the hotel and we can talk about it. We will continue to reach out until we finally can speak to the manager who is avoiding our calls. It is your job as the representative of the hotel to deal with all the good and bad that comes along with this job.

Would avoid at all costs. Hotel Scammed myself and other people I knew at the hotel an additional 359 American for no reason two days after we checked out. Claiming it was a damage deposit when nothing was damaged once I called the front desk. The manager was very unreasonable to talk too. Shouldn't be in the public relations business. After all this called Wyndham customer care and they said they couldn't a thing about it. So all in all would sooner sleep in the bathroom at the gas station next door. Rather than get scammed money. Or if you do stay lock your credit card after you check out or you will be getting charges for days after. Along with didn't get one room clean in three nights of staying. No new bedding, no towels nothing never seen a house keeper.

I had a great time and had a great place to stay. I went on a wonderful adventure and there was so much fun stuff to do. I had a great time and I enjoyed it to the fullest. I would highly recommend this place to others. If your looking for a place to stay this is the spot

When we stayed here we had our two dogs and cat with us. Breakfast is great. There is a good variety of breakfast options. We have stayed here many and will stay here again in the future. It is nice and clean and the staff are all helpful and friendly.

Beds were comfy, very clean, front desk staff is kind and personable. Breakfast was especially for hotel breakfast. Pool was great. Close to everything you would want. The staff gave great restaurant suggestions. It was better experience than most of our hotel stays. Best we had in Bismarck.
