Clean rooms, comfortable beds, drafty windows, and for the most part other people are quiet but if you want a hot shower forget it! Tried showering at 7:30am, 10am, noon, always cold or maybe tepid water. True the temperatures have dropped unusually low for this time of year but this is ridiculous. Why is the water hot at 10:30pm or midnight and not in the morning?! Have stayed here over the years and never had this issue before.

Staying here now and there is a loud party going happening on our floor and outside. Called the front desk and said they would make them be quiet at 11:00. I donât feel that it is acceptable unless this group has reserved the entire hotel. We will see if this group is still here tomorrow because we may change hotels for the remainder of our weekend stay.

I am here now. We do not have hot water in our shower. I called the front desk and he suggested we run the sink at the same time to see if that helps. In other words they know this happens? The manager offered to have us try another room but after one of us was able to get a luke warm shower it seemed too late. The second shower was just plain cold. We are here for a college tour and fortunate we are just in this hotel one night. We got in late from the airport would have liked to have taken a hot shower after a long day of travel. No manager on duty now and he will not be here before our 930 check out. Just stay away.

I highly recommend this Hampton Inn and Suites! This property is in "Like new" condition. This is a Modernized dĂŠcor property. The staff I dealt with were all friendly, and helpful. It has been a very long time since I have stayed in a Hampton Inn who's refrigerator would take a full gallon of milk! This property checked all our boxes; with the exception for not having the USA Today.

Stayed 16/17, very nice! Front desk extremely accommodating, needed toothbrush and toothpaste. Had little ducks for Autistic kids benefit, we bought several, too cute! Bed, pillows, room super nice. Breakfast was great, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, eggs, sausage and pastry. Nicest staff, Blue and company at desk was such a great crew. Second time staying, stayed again because of first time, not disappointed. Clean lobby, clean parking lot, very well lit. Walked all of two minutes to Zaxby's next door. LOTS of other places close to eat. I read all of the negative reviews first, as I always do. You shouldn't leave a bad review based on something you perceived as personal disrespect. It's no chains policy, just bad service from a bad employee. If something is wrong, the front desk gets the blame and the verbal assault. If you take a moment, count to 10 then address your issue, it should turn out well for all. They are not servants, they are employees. And just like anywhere else, you will run into that. Most likely, they are responding to your anger and aggression. Would you want their job? Show respect, get it back. Love you guys and see you soon. Room 222 â¤ď¸
