Terrible Management !!!!!! I had to switch rooms twice due to noise and an uncomfortable bed. Sales Manager Linda Jordan was extremely rude. After I contacted corporate, the GM, Dianne Muller, called—not to help, but to question why I complained and told me not to contact corporate again. Completely unprofessional and dismissive. I’ve since seen other reviews mentioning the same two people, so this doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue. Please avoid this place—there are much better hotels nearby.

We stayed there for two nights and they put us in a room that they knew did not have any working televisions. When we got to our room and called for maintenance we were told there were issues like this in this room for a while. We addressed our concern with the front desk clerk and then spoke to Lisa Jordan. Lisa was not a manager but was the only one there to speak to. Lisa was insincere and unfriendly and only offered to check us out since there was no other rooms to put us in. I expressed my concerns about not being notified before we checked in that our room had tv issues. The manager was not on site and unavailable to speak to so I called Hilton guest services. They took a report but could not help us. I emailed and called the manager , Dianna Muller, twice before finally getting a response via email two days after checking out. She refused to provide any type of refund and didn’t address the issue of her unfriendly staff until I emailed her for a third time. Stay away from this location. This manager clearly couldn’t care less about good customer service. There are many hotels in the area that do care. We did not expect this type of service especially since we are Hilton timeshare owners as well. We expected a higher form of customer service.

The hotel was in an area with many restaurants and places to shop. It was a short drive to the beach and downtown Wilmington. Our room was clean and comfortable. The digital key worked well. The breakfast has a wide variety - breakfast tacos to chia pudding. The staff members were friendly. We will stay here again.

Check in was fast and easy. Got to room and found mystery filth and hair (curly) on the bathroom floor. Next morning went for breakfast at 6:27 and went to get glass of orange juice and was yelled at by the staff (Ray) WE OPEN AT 6:30. Was told LOUDLY, The entire breakfast room could hear. He said I was rude and I should have asked to get a glass. Then he went to the back running his mouth. I have never experienced being treated like a child in a hotel. Need I say I checked out early and went down the street to a hotel that treats their guest with respect. Went to front desk and explained the situation and they could have cared less. I work in a customer service and have NEVER treated anyone like that.

Stayed here Labor weekend to visit family. Mant years ago, I stayed in a Homewood got nearly 9 months and loved it. The lobby was nice and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming. We didn't take advantage of the amenities as we were very busy with my family. Our room was a little worn. Obviously, a pet friendly hotel based on the damaged sofa, which was old and a little sunken. A deep cleaning was needed, it was nasty dirty, just not sparkling clean. On the morning we left, I went to put some dishes in the dishwasher and there already dishes there. Attention to detail could have been better. Despite being in what appeared to be a quiet secluded area, I heard loud vehicles and motorcycles most of both nights. Be sure to ask for a courtyard room. The area did have quick access to restaurants and shopping. We felt safe coming and going our entire stay.
