Derrick at the front desk is AMAZING! Hes so warm, friendly, and profesional! He was a breath of fresh air!! Hes fantastic with everyone, doesn’t matter who you are. They help you with your bags. They make you feel like they truly appreciate you choosing to stay here. The Rooms are clean and comfy. Clean bathrooms! I came with My 6month old and my fiance who has stage 4 cancer and even he was comfortable!. 10/10! When i got here they were in the middle of servicing the hot water heaters so my shower wasnt hot but they are going to remedy that. I Love it here! I highly recommend!!

Derrick straight of the bat got me an awesome rate and helped explain how everything worked like the WiFi and what the room included, made the stay much easier than other hotels 10/10. ………………………………..::::::::::……………………..:.:::::::::::::

Horrible experience! Booked a room and was refused access because the clerk said my drivers license was cracked. I was a late cold night, I was unfamiliar with the area so I asked for a recommendation of another nearby hotel, the clerk said it was not her responsibility to look up hotels for anyone as she was off the clock anyway. She was rude and defiant. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy! Evidently customer service is not something high on their list.

Honestly it’s one of the best places I have stayed. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wilmington planning on staying for a while!
