Qualla Cabins and Motel Cherokee near Casino

Older lady at the front desk tried to obtain a payment after we submitted one on Expedia. We decided not to stay there because it was disgusting and did not look like the pictures. They charged us anyways and wouldn’t refund our money!! I would never stay there!!!

We stayed in one of the cabins. We really enjoyed it. The place was clean which is a #1 priority for me. The people were very nice. Yes it is a little older like many others places in Cherokee, but that is what made it very nice. We were on the river and it was so peaceful. Will definitely be back. Also, the shuttle service was perfect.

We didn't stay there because it looked run down n redocoulious!!!! I called because we were charged for 2 nights even though there was no cancelation policy online I was told by the lady who answered not to be sh!!!! Then she hung up on me!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Have stayed in the cabins on the creek three times Amazing stayed Friday May 5th thru May 8th at the motel room 12,two doors door from the office and where the older blonde house kepper/dealer who knows all night long strange cars in and out sunday night called the office she was outside being and her friends being loud had to office lady says I will see what I can do her friends left and 30 minutes later same bull the room had no place to hang clothes no hair dryer no iron or ironing board 1/2 Crack under door sink faucet had the screen removed so you got sprayed with water three chairs in room no table no place to put anything I was so disappointed and embarrassed I told my fiancee it was a great place based on my cabin experience I will never stay anywhere on that property again

Arrived late for check-in. Pulled into parking space to two bags of household trash. Entered unit noticed broken window blinds, cob webs with the unit and literally "poop" still on the toilet seat!! Even with "do not disturb " on the door, staff did not honor that sign. A 50 gallon hot water heater only gave about a 10 minute shower for one person, leaving a cold shower for a second person. On the average, a 50 gallon hot water heater should last 42 minutes. Maybe if this place was managed a little better and the staff took better care of the premises and paid better attention to cleanliness of the units, anyone's stay would be more pleasant!! When we made staff aware of the mess on the toilet all we got was "that happens "!!! And was told the cabin/units only have 15 gallon hot water tanks. Well, our had a 50 gallon tank as pictured.For the rate, you would expect better!!
