The room was a total disaster. The condition was really unacceptable, and it definitely needs a complete overhaul. When I contacted management, they offered me a different room, and the pictures attached show that new space. How can things go from bad to worse? This is just absurd. For over $200 a night, they really need to rethink their pricing. Maybe they should just tear it down and start fresh? I bet they’re struggling with Marriott. I called back to talk to a manager about a refund and ended up speaking with Kevin from sales. He was really dismissive and rude. When I shared my experience, he flat out said, "I can tell you right now that I will not be providing any type of compensation." We'll see who gets the last laugh.

Furniture had rips/tears in fabric, and the couch was worn out and unusable. Food remains in refrigerator. Asked front desk for a broom and dust pan when we arrived never received it, to clean up the floor. No perks for Elite Platinum status. Pass on this one.

This is by far the absolute worst Residence Inn I have ever stayed in. I wish I had read the reviews. I stay in Residence Inn’s all over for work and I’ve never had a bad experience. I was here for Christmas as I am from the area. After driving 13 hrs I arrive to a very run down room but at midnight and the long drive I just dealt with it. The garbage disposal did not work. The dishwasher did not work. Tiles are off. A metal tube is sticking out of the wall and it should be a lamp. I stay with my pet and I need a full size refrigerator for cancer medication that has to be kept at a certain temperature. The front desk is the absolute worst! I’ve been here for 8 days and I’ve told the desk every single day about the issues and they have done nothing and also refuse to let me move rooms even though this hotel is not even a quarter full. I am also a platinum elite Marriott member and should have been offered a free upgrade. I didn’t even care about that, just a clean and functional room. Tonight I had to go get trash bags, sheets, coffee, sweetener, dish soap, and towels because it’s been 8 days and no service. Of 8 days the housekeepers have been on this floor 1 day and refused to pick up the bags of trash that had been set out in the hall. When I went to get all my items the front desk girl was watching TV in the lobby. Whatever it is Christmas and only 8 cars in the lot. I forgot something though and called back down. No one would answer the phone. So I went back down and she was back in the lobby chair watching TV. No one around. I told her I needed another item and she wouldn’t answer the phone. The excuse was the manager had her watching both desks, it’s attached to a courtyard hotel, but I’m not sure how hanging out in the lobby watching Beyoncé concert on TV is watching any desks. These reviews are real and shame on me for not checking before booking!! I work for an international corporation that actually uses these hotels for employees who come into this office. I did notify them and thankfully they do take these things seriously! I can’t post the video of the non functional garbage disposal and dishwasher.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Residence Inn. When I arrived, the check-in attendant didn’t even bother to greet me, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. To make matters worse, I had to wait 30 minutes just to check in, despite there being no other guests in line. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was astonishing. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to prioritize guest satisfaction. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth and welcoming experience.

Staying here now and do not recommend it. There is only housekeeping on weekdays so if you come on Friday and leave on a Sunday or Monday, your room is never cleaned. There was garbage in the hallway where I was staying that stayed there for over an hour, and I had to complain to have it picked up. At breakfast Saturday they ran out of coffee in two pots and no one was monitoring them so then everyone had to wait 15 min until coffee was brewed. The oranges at breakfast were moldy. And in the public women’s bathroom on the first floor, one of the stalls is out of order Our room is nice, but does not have a safe, which you should know but the caretaking for guest at this hotel is not high. There are also people withpets, not on leashes here, no one monitors that The staff at the desk is very nice, but it feels like no one is monitoring conditions here
