This is not really a Hilton hotel that the name and brand represents. The rooms are ancient, hallways dark, wallpaper pealing off. There is not even a a cheap hotel pen in the room. 35 years ago this was iconic. Today itâs only business because of cheap room rates for conventions.

This was by far my worst experience at a Hilton ever. It was so disappointing. $75 A NIGHT for incidentals is just absolutely insane. I have stayed in some really nice hotels and at most have paid a $100 deposit but $300 for the week for a mediocre hotel and $10 a day to park yourself when you have a plethora of parking is just digging at this point. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. You can go down the street to North Hills and stay in a hotel that doesn't look like it has smoke and soot all over the building for a likely better experience. The outside needs a good power washing. Also, for incidentals I can assure you there is nothing in the room WORTH $75 if broken.... the phone doesn't even have buttons so good luck calling the front desk if you need anything and the phones were like this in EVERY room my coworkers and I occupied. My hot water didn't work at all the whole time I was there, I thought the first day maybe it was all the people up at the same time but the next day when it occurred again, and all of my coworkers had hot water I knew it was my room. By the third day it wasn't fixed, and I had to go shower at my friend's room. Mentioned it to the front desk at check out and not even an apology was offered. My coworkers room smelled like sewage, and she was there the entire week, and no one cleaned her room or made the beds. She cleared off the beds, let them know she wanted serviced and nothing. We had issues with our keys not working, I tend to put my key in my purse along with my phone or hold the key and my phone in the same hand and then my keys wouldn't work, only to find out mid-week that your phone will deactivate your key even if it is in the paper sleeve. That would have been nice to know at check in. It was just all around a frustrating experience and I don't recommend anyone stay here for a conference or future stay.

Lacking is the best way to describe my experience. There didnât seem to be adequate staffing, coffee machines in the lobby were broken, and shower had pitiful pressure. I requested for my room to be serviced while I was out and came back to find clean towels, but the dirty ones were still on the floor. There was trash on the carpet outside of my room for the first 2 days of my stay. Hotel is showing its age. I am not a picky person, but simple service and attention to detail seemed to missing from this property. Also, you need to bring charging blocks for phone cords. Hotel is convenient to North Hills area and food served the meeting I attended was good. Overall, the stay wasnât up to typical Hilton standards.

Unreachable. Apparently the local phone number is unpublished. Unable to call the hotel without getting routed to national reservation center. We just needed the shuttle to get us. They still charge for parking. Hampton is a better value or Homewood Suites.

I was quite unhappy. Check in was a horrible experience. I reserved two different days and staff could not put them together. So I had to check out at 11, and then check back in at 3. Whaaa? Ridiculous. Hotel had one sub drive located on a $2 plastic clock. I will never be back .
