Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Durham Airport Brier Creek

I was booked at this hotel and arrived earlier than expected. ImSimone was able to get me in a room without a wait. She was patient, kind and excellent at her job. She recognized that I was exhausted from traveling and made sure I was taken care of. My room was very clean and quiet.

I prepaid in full for my stay at this Hampton Inn and even called ahead to confirm a late check-in. Despite all of this, when I arrived late at night—exhausted and without a rental car—they informed me there was no room available due to overbooking. Completely unacceptable. The day staff clearly mismanaged the reservations, and the front desk was unhelpful. They kept making promises to “fix it” but couldn’t follow through on anything. After scrambling, they negotiated a stay for me at their sister hotel, the Embassy Suites, but even that was a mess. The Hampton Inn staff kept offering me amenities at Embassy Suites that the Embassy staff had no knowledge of and outright said Hampton had no right to promise. To top it off, the next day, a manager from Hampton Inn called me—not to apologize—but to try to shift the blame to Embassy Suites for not “accommodating me better.”.The core issue was 100% Hampton’s fault: poor management, overbooking, and complete disregard for the guest experience. This was hands down one of the most frustrating and poorly handled hotel stays I’ve ever had. Avoid this location unless you want to risk being stranded late at night with no room and no support. They did eventually comp me some Hilton points for a future stay, but after the stress, and lack of concern for stranding someone without accommodations at 2 in the morning, it felt like a moot point.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Stay here a lot and always clean and nice rooms, newer hotel in good location. Lots of restaurants near buy or fast food if that’s what you are looking for. Within walking distance af Starbucks and lots of food choices plus stores

I often stay here for work and have always had a great experience. The entire staff is always welcoming and pleasant. This hotel has become my go-to choice for business trips. Special thanks to Telayah for being extremely helpful and professional.
