Nothing fancy but clean and reasonably prices management Very Nice Little suite with a mini kitchen that offered a full fridge perfect for a light meal and breakfast We felt safe here as you enter the property through a locked entry door then all the rooms open into an enclosed courtyard with tables and BBQ On site laundry and the property and rooms were clean If in the are would stay here again

Very clean and nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Beautiful kitchen space and appliances, and very comfortable beds! Nice and quiet place and felt very safe here with my family coming in and out for different things. Also very close to a lot of shops and food, so great location. Told upfront that it was more like an apartment than a hotel, and there would be no staff available for help. We were fine with that and it worked out just fine for us. Great communication with property manager as we came in later than the office was open. Everything worked out very smoothly.

These room are for more long term stays buy it was an amazing facility! Very well kept and maintained. Will definitely be staying here in the future. The manager made sure we had everything we needed since we were arriving so late.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here November 28-December 1st for Thanksgiving. This is false advertising because the website didn’t mentioned this was an extended stay hotel. Our second day there, we organized the room so that housekeeping would clean our room with no trouble. When we came back that night, we notice our room wasn’t clean, no clean sheets and we had no towels. When I called the general manager, he stated that housekeeping comes once a week (which is disgusting even if it is an extended stay) and the only thing he could get is we’re clean towels. I mentioned that there was a stain on the sheet and his response was “There’s a stain already; there’s no possible way there’s a stain” Really? He basically called a customer a liar. He mentioned he could change our sheets, so I had to sleep on the bodily fluid stain the rest of my stay. The hotel is set up like a motel, no one is present so you have to get your keys in lock box (we had guests helping us because we didn’t know where it was) and if we lost our key, there was a $25 charge. The room was clean but the light bulbs kept flickering as well. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby so we didn’t have to worry about that. I saw there was a Holiday In and really wish we stayed there. Spend the extra money and don’t come here.

We booked the stay through a online service. We knew nothing about the chain. We found out these hotels are unmanned!!! Check-in is via a lock box. NO ONE is onsite. This is where our issue stared. Somehow our cell phone number was entered into our info one digit off. The hotel uses your cell phone to send a code and lock box number to for you to get your keys. Because our phone number was wrong we never got out info. We called the hotel phone and got a recording that no one was availble until Monday and this was Saturday. While we sat in our car looking for a new hotel a man walked up to our car asking for us by name. It was the hotel GM there to check on something else....but he knew they had never found a good phone number for our room. He then helped us get the lock box number and code and allowed us into the room. The room was good size. A living area with small full kitchen, normal hotel bath and decent size bedroom. It was clean a major requirement for us. The A/C thermostat was either not working or is locked. It was 97 degrees outside and after 14 hours outside we could not get the room temp below 75.....and no one onsite or able to call for help. One other note. You are expected to leave room neat (no prob) but you are also required to collect your trash and dispose og it....but where we were not sure. A little strange for our first stay. We picked here as the hotel we stay in for the races at Charlotte were full or very costly. This room worked out o about $100 per night. While the rooms were nice and clean I am not sure I like the future......
