Best Western Plus Yadkin Valley Inn & Suites

We walked into the lobby, were greeted and as we had a reservation , check in was a breeze. We booked a suite, which was nice to relax after a long day on the road. Entire property was well maintained, and inside of the hotel very clean. Our bed had fresh crisp sheets, no odors in room at all. All room equipment worked well.

We stay here twice a year on our travels back home FL to PA and have done so for several years now. We really love the convenient location. There are restaurants and convenience stores very close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and most importantly, we have never felt unsafe here. The parking lot and pet walking area are well lit, (we always arrive after dark and depart before sun up), so that is important to us. It is good to know that we have a place to stay that is reliably consistent, no surprises, no disappointments. After 13 hours of driving, it's comforting to know we have a dependable place to rest for the night.

Clean and comfortable Best Western. Nice suite accommodations and pet friendly. Average or better breakfast with a variety of hot beverages, standard hot foods, breads and cereal. Fitness center is small but has a multi gym that is easy to use.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! It appears to be quite new, and the entire facility was impeccably clean. We stayed in a two-queen room, which was located away from the lobby, ensuring a quiet environment. The room was well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and lovely pillows. The free breakfast the next morning was a hot breakfast featuring eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy , bagels and all the usual breakfast items. Overall the staff was friendly and very competent. We accidently left behind a charging module with three charging cords attached , one with my Sony ear buds still attached. We called the hotel, they confirmed we had indeed left the items behind and we made arrangements for them to be mailed to us. They arrived in good order , just like we had left them Shoutout to Nat was sending them out! Thanks Nat! We will stay here again on our way back to Michigan this coming Spring. Highly recommended

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room I stayed in had bed bugs! There appeared to be a new mattress, that I am assuming they used to mask the bed bug problem they have but bed bugs live on the headboard and box springs. The room smelled on mildew and there were stains all over the walls and head board. I only stayed because there were no other available hotels due to power outages and the hurricane.
