Our family's 2 rooms were very clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Reported loud music from another room & issue addressed immediately. Christine worked hard keeping weekend buffet stocked & cleaned with a friendly manner. Definitely returning on next family visit.

I really enjoyed my stay and it was very comfortable with quite a bit of room. I also thought they were very friendly and respectful with every interaction I had. The only complaint I had was that the tv was not working but they offered to move me rooms.

We are Hilton members, and love your properties, but this one by far is the worst. Everything about the room was despicable. From all the cracks in the walls, to the dingy Oscar and bathroom. The heat did not work our entire stay. There was bugs and a huge spider that we ended up killing. This stay was very disappointing to us.

Being of a member of Hilton and visiting several properties, this is the worst one! The room was very dingy and dirty. Mold was on the walls and the couch had lots of stains on it. The front door did not fitted properly in the space and that left a big gap under the door. The staff were very nice and accommodating!!! My advice, stay at the Towneplace Suites next door!

My hotel room was very nasty. There were some type of bugs all in my bed. And when I contacted the front desk they've moved me to another room that smelled like wet dogs. I reached out to the management. And never heard back from anyone to make it right. Their assign says, if you are not happy you do not have to pay. But bugs in one room and a stinking room.The next at least seem like they would have pay 41 night
