Absolutely great experience. Jessika on the Front Desk really went above and beyond to help us check in and out. There were no issues during my stay. Room was very clean and breakfast was amazing. I look forward to staying here once again and hopefully seeing the great staff. Thank you once again Jessika!!

No water on the second day of our stay for an apparent planned shutdown on a hot summer day. We were supposed to be informed at or arrival. Along with the rules about service upon request. Manager provided a half baked apology. Iβve been a Silver Hilton Honors member for decades, worst location in the United States.

w on Google Location is good for close proximity to Blue Cross Blue Shield, my employer. However, after my recent experience here I will recommend my coworkers NEVER stay here. Even though this is a βHiltonβ property, itβs janky and low quality. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling. Stains on couch cushions. But the WORST experience was the βbartenderβ on the night of June 27th, 2024. The bartender chick was cranky!! We had just finished a long work day and we headed to the bar. The female bartender was extremely annoyed we showed up. We actually felt guilty ordering drinks! The bartender was so bad and unwelcoming that we actually just walked out without finishing our drinks. We left and went next door and spent money on good service at Ruth Christs steak house. HILTON should be ashamed. Ainβt no respectable Hilton family member endorsing this janky hotel. And to the cranky bartender- life is short. If you hate your life and job so badly that complete strangers pick up on your negative energy, have some self respect and go get a different job. Youβre ruining the hotel experience for others

Road trip stop, needed to be near the highway to make a quick getaway in the am. Normally stay at the HGI at RDU but that one was sold out. This was very nice. close to the freeway, near a bunch of shopping and services, but not busy or crowded. Breakfast was fast and good and I will be back.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the exterior looked quite nice. The checkin with the Hilton app was easy. However, after exiting the elevator on the second floor, it was quite evident that the building was in need of improvements. Worn carpet, dimly lit halls and poorly painted room doors did not give a good impression. Our actual room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the water in shower/tub was so hot it was unusable. Nothing worked when trying to adjust the temperature. The water would have scalded and badly injured a child. We reported this to the front desk and were told that maintenance would be notified. Upon returning to our room the second night, we discovered nothing had been done. We were not happy about paying a top price for a substandard experience. I did try to call Hiltonβs customer service to make them aware of the situation, but the person on the phone was most unhelpful. She kept telling me the email address I was providing was not correct, but it is the email address on my Hilton app and the email address that received all correspondence. It seemed like a good excuse to refuse to assist me.
