This place is a dump. The breakfast staff is very rude. Both ladies that I did encountered at the front desk was rude. Was not knowledgeable of their job night. Auditor seemed real very sick and not wanting to be at work. There’s roaches, crawling and infested in these hotels, had I not woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom one with a crowd in my son‘s ear with speaking to the staff that is knowledgeable and admittedly Told me that the staff gets complaints about roaches ! The darker skin lady at the front desk laughed gave us a look and recommended us to go else where!! She even gave us hotels near by and another name of a hotel that she worked at!! They staff was freely telling us how the New “GM” was not knowledgeable of his position that he just came aboard and would handle the situation whenever he could the staff had nothing to say nice about the other staff and blamed everything all to housekeeping there was even roaches crawling around the breakfast area. you could see the lady at the front desk, trying to clean up behind the roaches and hide the dead ones that she was cleaning up.

Switched between 3 different rooms on different sides of the establishment and all 3 units were infested with roaches crawling all over the counters and walls - disgusting! Me and my children left out to buy roach bait (which I shouldn’t have had to buy) and came back and there were more

in the other room we were in there was fleas in the bed but we got our room changed and then i showered because ew and then the shower pressure sucked and the hair stuff and body stuff felt dry on your hands while in the shower and i had ate the nastiest hotel food ever, the bagel had no cream cheese there and i had to have apple jelly and it was sour AND THEN the yogurt i had was stale ANDDDDD the water taste like a trash can in water form

Had problem with room temperature. The room become so hot and even after switch off air conditioner, room temperature not improve. Staff not doing anything or even trying to help to resolve the issue. Call the customer servers and they asked to inform front desk while we explain to them that the front desk is just left us with the problem. Avoid this hotel or choose as your last option.

My family and I moved to Charlotte from St. Louis, MO and we landed at Sonesta until we figure out permanent housing. The staff is so helpful, patient and kind. Thank you GSR Sarah and Narciso Gonzalez Dir. of Sales! 😊😊
