Quality Inn & Suites University Area

Customer Services is really horrible. My wife was traveling on employee discount from TN and they refuse to check her in. they do not care even if you work at other choice hotels property. Please do yourself and family favor never ever stay here.

Hotel has at least 100 rooms. I checked in around 11 PM. There were maybe 6 cars in the parking lot. The incredibly unhelpful front desk agent told me the only room available was on the 2nd floor. I have trouble with stairs (and I HATE "second floor, no elevator"). I asked for a room on the first floor. Was told for an extra 15-20$ I could be moved to the first floor. I cancelled my reservation on the spot and went elsewhere. The hotel had PLENTY of first floor rooms. They just wanted more money.

I had the best experience by picking this location from the warm welcome soon as I walk through the door the staff is friendly keep up the great quality service. I highly recommend this quality inn charlotte 28213 Anthony H.😀

Outstanding hotel. All staff are nice courteous and helpful with anything. Sunitha is the best and has a smile even when I lock myself out 4 times a week. My experience has been nothing short of family. Thank you for letting me stay there and get to know you all. It is my pleasure.

Wonderful clean rooms with a wonderful staff and a full breakfast. Restaurants and stores in walking distance. They also have a clean laundry room for your convenience if traveling far from home. All around nice!
