Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte Ballantyne

While I am a huge Hampton Inn and Suites fan (my choice of hotels every chance), as any business, some excel in service, cleanliness and just overall experience. Our experience from day 1 at The Charlotte/Ballantyne Hampton Inn and Suites was excellent. We had some specific requests and Brooke and Jose bent over backwards to accommodate those requests. They both were very kind and delivered exceptional customer service towards us. Every hotel associate that we engaged with were very nice and delivered service with a smile. Our suite was very clean and while it was a very busy weekend with a full hotel, we never had a parking issue, a noise issue and breakfast was always yummy. Can’t wait to return!

This is the cleanest, safest most accommodating hotel I have stayed in post COVID. It is obvious that the staff take their jobs seriously and seek to make everyone’s stay exceptional. Shout out to Brooke, Tara and housekeeping for finding my kindle. It’s not the first time I’ve left it behind (I like to read in bed) but it’s the first time that I’ve gotten back! Well done!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and easy to get to from the airport. Everyone on staff was friendly, but Martha was a rock star. She was the Martin of the breakfast buffet, but was more like she was welcoming everyone into her own home. She was so attentive and welcoming. There was a group of us staying on business, and after our first breakfast (which was good), everyone knew her name. Day two, she helped this northerner fix the perfect grits. The secret is cream cheese 😊

This property is very well-maintained, in a great location, and exceptionally clean. I am staying at the property for about two weeks and really feel like it's a home away from home. The staff are are big part of this comforting feel, especially Emma who is absolutely amazing! She is always on top of all my needs and questions, is super easy to communicate with, and demonstrates a high work ethic with exceptional kindness. So far, it seems like she's on-site all the time from late-nights and back for early-mornings. This woman needs to be promoted and given a significant raise! I have been traveling the entire USA with my 2 dogs and this is the best service I have received in 48 states. You have an all star!!! Thank you so much Emma!

Great hotel, grates rates, great location and great staff. Kirstan was amazing. I asked for recommendations on getting to the Panthers stadium. After returning from dinner, he remembered and had already printed out directions to the lightrail as well as dinner suggestions near the stadium. He definitely went above and beyond. This hotel will be my go to location next time I travel to the area and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.
