Hampton Inn Black Mountain

Despite having been flooded by Hurricane Helene the hotel staff was welcoming. Parts were still being renovated but rooms are lovely with many ports and outlets to charge devices. Bath is large with walk in shower. Even had a sound machine for light sleepers. Bed is comfy albeit a bit high for me, a short person. Bed linens make it welcoming. Breakfast area opened for travelers day we arrived after being closed due to flooding. Very sumptuous! Had a hot beverage bar available 24/7. A nice touch!

This hotel is still recovering from hurricane damage. The hotel is in process of restoration. There were limited offerings but the staff really did a great job of accommodating the guests. The hot breakfast items were not available but there were other items to choose from. The staff was great. The Manager was very nice and dedicated to not only his job, but to the guests and his staff. He was on-site during our whole stay and kept greeting us with a smile.

Really nice hotel considering they were affected by Hurricane Helene..Really nice staff! Really close to downtown with access to great restaurants and nice stores nearby. Don't forget to go by Kilwins for some Chocolate..😁. Such a great town.

The hotel is relatively new and has all features expected for this Hilton brand. There is a railroad track very nearby with trains at night infrequently, but they seem to be as curteous as possible...tooting the horn in very short amounts. We slept great and would stay here again.

Our third stay in this Black Mountain Hampton Inn. It is still very nice, well kept, nice staff, great breakfast, VERY clean rooms and facility. The beds are still comfortable and pillows wonderful. Especially enjoyed the larger walk-n shower, room for a person to move around! The location is off to the end of the main street area, which makes it so nice and quiet. Ample parking! And the drive to park along the main area of town to walk and shop was short. If you are younger or free of arthritis pain, you can really walk from the hotel to the main part of the beautiful town. We really enjoyed our stay here!
