Haywood Park Hotel Ascend Hotel Collection

This was an amazing experience. My wife and I decided, spur of the moment, to take a trip to Asheville. While we have stayed at other places, the value we discovered could not be passed up. The reservation process was simple as we did this on the drive. The location of this property is fantastic for hopping around downtown Asheville. Valet service was quick and easy. So easy! The front desk greeted us very friendly and provided a glass of champagne. The room was large, comfortable, clean. The bed was fantastic, and we had a nice couch to relax on. We will be back and have already recommended it to others. We are in the high end hospitality/tourism business as well and know a good place when we find one. We will be back!!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on a recent tour. We loved it! The hotel staff was accomodating and friendly. They greeted us with champagne on our first day. The suite rooms are huge! The beds and pillows are comfortable. Don't let the hurricane damage stop you from visiting. While it will take awhile for a complete recovery in some areas, there is plenty of activity in Ashville. It's a wonderful city and this hotel is fabulous.

Incredible stay. Matt, Front Desk Associate, is very professional, polite, and accommodating. King suite was spotless with a jetted tub, refrigerator, microwave, and nightstand charging stations. Lovely facility. The restaurant was closed but their sister hotel gives a 20% discount on breakfast. Slept soundly with absolutely no noise.

Quirky but nice. This hotel is in a great location for exploring downtown Asheville. Very easy to access. The rooms could use an upgrade such as shower door replacement and new shower heads. The price is high for the quality. Other than that, it’s pretty good. They provide complementary champagne at check in which was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Haywood Park Hotel. From the perfect location near restaurants and shops to the fantastic staff our stay was terrific. Everyone at this hotel gave us a very friendly welcome and took great care of us. Furthermore, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and our room was equipped with everything we needed for a great visit to Asheville. Thank you!
