Four Points by Sheraton Asheville Downtown

I got to the hotel and they did not have my reservation on the system even I when I had a c9 formation email from Booking that come and charges for one night were already posted. Front desk girl asked me for my cc for incidentals after trying to find my reservation. After I checked out I see a charge fro. The hotel for one night saying that I saty 2 night bot one and now I am disputi g the charge.

We had a great stay at Four Points in Asheville. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Kendra is a credit to the team! The room was spacious and clean and it is in a great location downtown just walking distance from lots of shops, bars and eateries along with a big car park.

This is the worst Marriott I have EVER been to around the world. The place is just dirty. The service is bad. I'm Titanium Elite. I was not welcomed when checking into the front desk. The guy working was not dress appropriate for any job. A dirty sweatshirt with a big logo. The front mat was dirty. The "security" guard was sitting in the corner on the phone the entire time. The room was dirty and when I walked to the ac unit the carpet was wet. Yes I took off my shoes. UGH. When I talked to the GM she stated that she would give me some Marriott points. Never saw them. I called 9 times to speak to the GM and never got a call back. The breakfast buffet was a joke. They didn't have coffee and told people to make it in their rooms. LOL. I wish I took more pics since she is not calling me back. This hotel should be closed.

The shower and sink were clogged. The TV never worked. I was quoted a price of $119./night but 2nd night was 50% more. This hotel is past its prime and not quite the bargain it seems. Management and Guest Services were ineffective and patronizing. Buyer beware!
