Staybridge Suites North Albuquerque an IHG Hotel

We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. It had plenty of room for the family including a separate kitchen/dining space and living room. The best part was the service we had. One morning, I was about 15 minutes late for breakfast due to traffic. Misty (employee) over heard me talking and offered to get me some of the left over breakfast before they threw it out. She went above and beyond!! Thank you Misty and Manuela for the great service each morning. Those chicken enchiladas are great!

Had a Great stay. Hotel was great!!! everything was topnotch. Staff kept letting me know I was getting my welcome amenity I had to research what that was finally asked frontdesk during the social . Not a computer person frontdesk told me how to the download app. My girlfriend logged out now I cant remember the Password. But wanted to leave a review to all the staff. For our up and coming Matrimony we hope to be staying here. We can see if the frontdesk can fix her last name to mine if she ever remembers what she used as a password. Thank you again for making our stay so great.

Nick Roybal was an amazing help!! He made sure our whole team was situated and made sure our hotel room was too our liking. He is better than most employees at hotels and made everyone smile and laugh! Creating a pleasant atmosphere and stay! Thank you Nick Roybal!

The pillows were too soft they need to be a bit firmer and the couch bed springs sticking out other then that it was nice breakfast was delicious doggy fence needs to fenced in better for puppies my puppy tried to get out must be for big dogs only very clean and comfy rooms
