Stayed here for one night as a half-way stop on our way to Petrified Forest National Park. Nice room with large bathroom. Friendly staff. Clean property. Many options at the continental breakfast. All around good experience. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

My husband and I and his brother and sister and spouses had planned a sibling reunion in Santa Fe but had to cancel due to a snowstorm. We found the Holiday Inn at the last minute and they had 3 consecutive suites for us.it turned out to be a great place for our gathering. We could visit in the lobby or in one of our rooms. The rooms were basic Holiday Inn with good beds and plenty of plugs for all our devices! Bathrooms are roomy with long counters and the toiletries in pump dispensers on the wall. There is a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Also, there is a great restaurant in walking distance, Sixty Six Acres, we ate there all three nights! We were on the fourth floor with a Mountain View. Looking out the window we saw 18 hot air balloons on Saturday morning. The free breakfast is great. And what we didn’t know ahead of time is that the hotel is owned by the Pueblo Nation. We were very happy we found it and glad we stayed there.

I booked believing it would be accessible to Old Town Albuquerque, based on the name. It is close but I was advised by the staff that I would need to drive because there are no sidewalks on the way to Old Town which is on the other side of the interstate highway. So that defeated my objective. The hotel is new and in nice condition. There are a few eating places nearby. Close to the Pueblo Indian Cultural Center, which is definitely worth a visit.

Holiday in Express Balloon Fiesta Park This is the most unfriendly and noisy place I have ever stayed in. Not to mention run down. I saw 3 different front desk employees during my stay. None is them, not even upon originally checking in said hello. (i got ā€œname?ā€) Hotel is in general disrepair with dark and dingy hallways. The electric plugs under the television didn’t work and neither did the ones next to the bed. Don’t let the Directv satellite fool you, there are literally less channels than you can get in an RV in the woods.
