Days Inn by Wyndham East Albuquerque

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was filthy and falling apart — mold on the ceiling, cracked bathroom door, broken furniture, and what appeared to be blood stains near a light switch. There were vagrants all around the parking lot, and I was approached for money before I even checked in. No iron, duct-taped ironing board, and staff refused to issue a refund. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this place.

Horrible smelly, dirty, broken lamp, broken TV cabinet, sconces falling off the wall. Did not stay. Did not get a refund. Do not go here. Bad customer service, filthy place. Needs a serious upgrade, and renovation. Or maybe bulldozed to the ground.

The room was comfortable, but in need of repairs: light fixture on the right side of the bed is broken, a hole in the wall by the sink, another bad spot on the wall near the bathroom and the security latch on the door had been broken off. One of the chairs was filthy and we didn’t sit in it! However the sheets on the bed were clean and the bed was comfortable. The “Owl Cafe” across the street was excellent!

Drug addicts, The smell of burnt foil permiated the walls and windows, they charge a cleaning fee or $6.99 per day even though they only change the sheets and towels every three days. Constant noise all though the night, breakfast was ok but there was no milk or coffee.

The only complaint I have is the shower. There was a chunk gone out of the wall where the tub is and it didn’t drain well during our showers. Other than that, beds were good and room was clean. Been very happy with our nights at days inn on our trip from California to Florida!
