Huge disappointment. In town for family gathering. Stayed there before and it was great, this year not so great. 1. Very noisy with people yelling and running up and down halls 11pm to 3am intermittently. night manager said he never heard the people right by the front door yelling at midnight as he was too busy dealing with rowdy wedding guests...at midnight. 2. Requested maid service on our third day there to give fresh towels and at least remove the trash. No one from housekeeping showed. When we arrived back at hotel and spoke to front desk, we were told housekeeping had left. This is not how Marriott Bonvoy usually treats their guests HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

What a horrible experience!! Construction on the weekend starting very early in the morning. Pounding and hammering sp loud it was impossible to sleep, exactly the opposite of what you expect from a hotel. GM said that he was not willing to do anything. Notice in the lobby said that they expect minimal disruption. What a lie!!! Also, rooms were dirty. Clearly, their vacuums don't work. Floors were visibly nasty. Toilet doesnt flush properly. Lobby area and elevators disgusting too. What a nightmare experience.

Our stay here at the Springhill Suites in Mount Laurel/Cherry Hill has been a mixed bag. One thing we did not appreciate when making the booking is that the āsuitesā here are still one large room. There is a divider between a sitting area and the two queen beds, but aside from the bathroom and a largish walk-in closet, there is no separation between rooms in the āsuite.ā We are traveling with children, and thought we were booking a room we could isolate the little one in to put her to sleep separately from our older kids, but that isnāt possible - the entire family should expect to wake up and go to sleep at the same time if you are staying here. On top of that, the hotel appears to have booked a large, unruly group that they are completely unable to control. There are packs of 6-10 kids running up and down the halls with no parental supervision, knocking on random doors and running away. We called the front desk and asked them to do something after we were woken up this morning and were told āsorry, thereās nothing we can do - we already asked the group to stop.ā This is after I almost got knocked down the stairs by a swarm of children yesterday. We got chased out of the pool yesterday when another group of unparented kids swooped in and started loudly screaming and doing cannon balls. I get that it may be difficult to manage a large group, but isnāt it the responsibility of the hotel to look out for ALL of their guests? The free breakfast was quite picked over, with no more milk/chocolate milk when we came down at 8:30 and it seems they didnāt anticipate the impact the large group would have for other guests. In all, the price was right (we booked with credit card points) and the rooms were clean, but I donāt think I would stay here again.

Our room was very nice and clean. There is just one thing, I recommend bringing your own bathtub mat. The tub gets very slippy while showering, my husband fell right out and on the floor in the middle of his shower. Other than that, our room was nice. There is a really good pizza restaurant we walked to, which was great after a hot day at Diggerland.

This is a decent place to stay. Friendly staff. Easy on and off the highway. Rooms as expected. The whole place could use some general maintenance and spiffing-up, but it was clean. The included breakfast had good choices (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, breads.) Great shower - lots of pressure and it maintained the temperature (always a plus for me.) I would stay here again. (The pizza place next door is good too.)
