Comfortable room, clean and quiet. Good amenities, easy and ample parking. The main reason for the 5-start rating is the staff. My 11-year-old daughter and I arrived late in the evening and were checked in by Keith, who could not have been nicer or more professional. We ordered dinner through Grub Hub, which arrived late and stone cold because of the delivery person. Keith tried to help us throughout, then comped us a bunch of snacks and drinks, simply because he felt bad for my kid and wanted to brighten up our evening. His kindness made our night.

Good location close to the NJTPK, I-295, and other major roads and highways. Large parking lot. Visible from Route 38 but set far enough back from the road that you don't get any road noise. I have stayed here twice before so this was my third time. I stayed for 4 days over Thanksgiving. I had a roomy mini suite. My desk chair was broken which I did report, and it was replaced the next day. It seems that on busy mornings the hot water pressure on the upper floor, the fourth, is not consistent. It takes a long time to warm up, and then during my shower the temperature would modulate between too hot and too cool requiring constant adjustment. This happened on my last visit as well, but I attributed it to a faulty mixing valve which probably was not the case. I usually travel with my dog, and there was plenty of outside area to walk a dog. There were several guests with dogs at this hotel. The lady managing the breakfast area did a very good job. Items were well stocked, and she came out of the kitchen frequently to check on things. The front desk clerks for the most part seemed to be very experienced and helpful. There was a younger clerk who needed more experience and training, but everybody has a learning curve. I think that this hotel attracts mostly families and business travelers, not party animals. There is no bar. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby but except for a Dunkin' Donuts, they all require you to have a car to get to them. Philadelphia is just a short drive away. If I stay here again, I probably won't stay on the 4th floor. Maybe that will solve the hot water issue.

We had a great stay. Hotel was clean and well maintained, breakfast was delicious, and each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Melissa especially for being wonderful-- we left our son's favorite stuffed animal in our room accidentally when checking out, but didn't realize until we were hundreds of miles away, and she located it, carefully packaged it up, and shipped it to us. Thank you!

We drove 7 hours from Massachusetts for my brotherās wedding. We arrived on Aug 9th I checked in through the app which was easy. Just before arrival I received an email saying that the pool would not be available due to maintenance. We arrived and got into our room on Friday evening the lady at the reception was really nice and welcoming. Unfortunately thatās where things started to go downhill. Our room appeared clean but we found out later it was so. The lampshade was literally falling apart. We had ants on the counter where the TV was. We thought ok it happens itās summer maybe itās a once off but that was far from the truth. Because we were here for a wedding we just got on with it. Next morning we got up had breakfast which was good no faults there. After breakfast we all went to our rooms and went to get ready for the wedding. Suddenly with out warning or notice all water was shut off in the whole hotel for maintenance we were told. With a wedding at 3pm we were told it would be maybe 20 mins. We had to leave at 2:45 and the water came back on at 2:35. We were asking for updates and the guy at reception just kept pawning us off. My brother the groom had to go and ask him to go find out when the water will be on cause we have a hotel full of wedding guests. Absolutely no one offered any suggestions to help us or look like they cared we were getting ready for a wedding. At check out i mentioned that there were ants in our room all weekend and the same guy at reception didnāt acknowledge or apologise for that. He didnāt really care about anything. Iām not sure he should be work a public facing job. We were very disappointed to say the least.

My wife and I booked a last minute Saturday night stay using a third party website and thought the reservation was for the other Mt. Laurel, NJ location but once we arrived at this location and got checked in we noticed a clean standard looking Hampton Inn. The guest room was clean and modern. Everything was so far what you would expect. The following morning at 7:40 we got ready to go to church and went to see the complimentary breakfast and it was a decent standard selection of items to choose from. I noticed premade Western Omelets and hard boiled eggs so I said to my wife that there was something that we both would want when we returned. When we returned at 9:20 the Breakfast area was already empty of some of the food items including the Western Omelets and Hard Boiled Eggs. Breakfast was supposed to be served till 10 AM and the person who was working there was already cleaning the area up at 9:20 and not replacing items. This on a Sunday morning. There was also a long line for the one waffle maker. My wife and I had to take turns standing on the line to make a waffle and eat our breakfast. A hotel the size of this Hampton Inn should have had at least a second waffle maker and provided more food until 10 AM. I know this is not a major issue but when you choose a Hampton Inn over a lesser brand hotel you have more expectations. Sometimes, it is the simple little things like a good breakfast that makes your stay that much better.
